[sumo-user] Reload the simulation in traci without reloading the map

Hi,

I am working on a simulation with a very large scenario (Greater Munich). To load it a long time is necessary (nearly 5 minutes),  I was wondering whether it is possible to load the map only once instead of reloading the whole map every time a change in the simulation is performed, so to make changes and reload the simulation in a faster way.
