[sumo-user] Sumo user help

I am trying to have additional files execute but i keep getting this error attached as a screen shot on the cmd line

my line is as

netconvert --additional-files=lbs.add.xml --node-files=lbs.nod.xml --edge-files=lbs.edg.xml --output-file=lbs.net.xml

could there be a mistake
