[sumo-user] Retrieve all parameters via TraCI

Hello,

TraCI has great facilities for subscribing to a subset of parameters for vehicles & pedestrians. However, I'd like to retrieve _all_ parameters for a single vehicle. Is there a direct way to do this, or should I set up a loop and subscribe to all parameters for that vehicle?
