[sumo-user] find the latitude and longitude of the roads

Hello all,
I have a map from OSM imported into sumo and a few simulations are run. Now I want to plot the aggregated results using OSM maps however I couldn't find the latitude/longitude of the edges/lanes in either of the config files (there is a shape attribute for lanes and some edges but they seem to be in the unit of meters). Any idea how to convert them or other ways to find the geo coordinates directly?
It seems that the ways in OSM are divided into separate edges (marked by #0, #1...) and I'm lost on this part.
