I checked out the git repo, deinstalled libgdal-dev and compiled
successfully. So that seems to work now. Thanks!

just for the record: I tried to fix the gdal dependency which seems to be
only there in the Linux build. Please retry with the latest nightly zip or a
fresh checkout.
