    The Eclipse Sparkplug 4.0.0 release plan has been
        approved by the Sparkplug Specification Committee. See details

        Note, the issue list is a work in progress. Feedback is welcome
        and encouraged. It is most likely to be addressed if the
        feedback is provided on the individual GitHub issue pages. I
        know that there are discussions taking place on Slack, LinkedIn,
        and other forums. This is certainly healthy and productive as
        well. But, it may not be seen by members of the Sparkplug
        Working Group. New issues will still be accepted through the
        summer of 2023. Make sure you review existing issues before
        submitting a new one to ensure it isn't a duplicate.
