The deadline is basically by the end of today. But I don't
promote the builds until tomorrow morning so there are at least
14 hours left.
I could delay that a little bit if necessary, but of course
prefer to get the ball rolling because the EPP builds take ~3.5
hours including notarization...
Before I promote the builds I check that no one has emailed
this list and I look to see that no one forgot to merge a PR:
