[sdv-wg] Complimentary passes: AI Coding Workshop in Berlin

Hi everyone,

AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Claude Code are becoming part of everyday engineering workflows. The question is how developers can use them effectively while maintaining code quality, consistency and control.

On 15 September, the AI Coding Workshop in Berlin will offer a full day of practical, engineering-focused guidance for developers and technical teams working with AI-assisted software development.

Topics will include:

  • Prompting and preparing effective context
  • AI-assisted code review and refinement
  • Building repeatable development workflows
  • Maintaining code quality and developer oversight
  • Working across modern AI coding environments

The workshop is sponsored by Open VSX and led by Dr Jonas Helming.

I have a limited number of complimentary passes available for members of the Eclipse SDV community. If you are interested, simply reply to this email. Passes will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

If the complimentary passes are claimed, Eclipse Foundation and partner communities can still register for €50 (reduced from the standard price of €199) using the access code: AIBER75

Registration includes the full-day workshop, lunch and a networking reception. Places are limited to keep the workshop practical and interactive.

Best regards,
Amin
