[sdv-wg] SC Minutes and Members' Meeting Presentation - Introducing the

Dear SDV Community, 

Our Steering Committee (SC) has been busy during the summer and we have set in place an ad-hoc subcommittee called "X-Core Platform Council".

The X-Core Platform Council is responsible for steering and supporting the non-technical
aspects of the development of Full Stack Software Platform activities (e.g. as the Eclipse Safe Open Vehicle Core (S-CORE) project) within the Eclipse SDV Working Group. It shall also support any other future full stack integration project within the SDV WG.

Initial Appointed Representatives have been nominated by the SC, and a kick off meeting has taken place last week. 

Please read the SC meeting minutes from August 4th to find out more about the Council's rules of engagement and appointed representatives. 

The 2025 Program Plan has been amended to reflect the creation of the Platform Council. 

In addition, we have provided a mid year review of the 2025 Program Plan.
