[score-dev] Committer Election for Tim Kaiser on Eclipse Safe Open Vehicle Core has started

A Committer election for Tim Kaiser on project Eclipse Safe Open Vehicle Core
(automotive.score) was started by Volker Häussler with this criteria:

We hereby nominate Tim Kaiser for the Eclipse Committer Election.

Tim Kaiser is a senior software engineer at IAV with extensive expertise
and experience.

He was one of the core developers and architects of the component Primula,
which was initially developed by IAV and will be contributed to the S-CORE
project.

Tim Kaiser will regularly participating in Security Feature Team
meetings.

Currently, there is no one within the S-CORE project with the necessary
expertise to review and merge pull requests for this component of the
security_crypto module/repository. Therefore, we kindly request that Tim
Kaiser
be granted Committer rights. In the context of the S-CORE project, we
treat initial module contributions similarly to the creation of a new Eclipse
project.

Please note that merge rights for S-CORE modules are additionally regulated
by the CODEOWNERS file, which enables the S-CORE project to assign Committers
to the module repositories for which they are responsible. For more details,
please refer to:
