Unfortunately, this was declined by PMC, which has resulted in stalled development activity—fewer than 15 commits in the last three months: - https://github.com/eclipse-score/config_management/commits/main/ This slowdown is due to the fact that the people familiar with the codebase cannot perform normal development workflows, including: - merging PRs - creating releases - approving workflows. We kindly request that Michael Saborov be granted committer rights to enable continued development of the configuration management module, an important component for the S-Core v1.0 release. We, as BMW, confirm that Michael Saborov is the right person to serve as the lead developer and maintainer for the existing code of the configuration management module.
