        Hello Science Working Group,

A few weeks ago, Tracy sent me a message for
next year’s face-to-face meeting of the Science Working
Group and asked me whether such a meeting can be hosted by
            Airbus.
Pending a few approvals, it seems that it will
be perfectly feasible! We plan to organize it just before
the EclipseCon France 2017, on June 19th.

We will work on the details next year but
before that, I just wanted to have a feeling of how much
people could be interested in such an event. The agenda of
the day will be very simple: meeting of the SWG in the
morning in Airbus’ offices, lunch and (normally) a visit of
one of our final assembly lines during the afternoon!

Please note that there will be obviously some
security rules and I will require some information from all
attendees (name, company, passport scan, date and country of
            birth, etc.)

Would you enjoy one more day of sunny weather
            in Toulouse before ECF? :)

        Best regards,

        Alain
