I apologize for not being very clear, I submitted the call for applications.  I'm hoping this may help get the needed resources to visualization in Eclipse that would profit both U.S. national labs and small businesses.  I feel this call really captures the point of an SBIR.

Thanks for sending this out. I wasn't  aware of that section in the SBIR call, but it is very exciting. Are you writing a response to the call?
