Hi Everyone, Just a quick FYI that the Science Steering Committee (SC) has a distinct mailing list. You can reach them at science-sc@xxxxxxxxxxx The SC representatives are people from organizations that are sustaining two or more people working on Science WG technologies or initiatives. As the name suggests, they also serve an important advisory/guidance role. As of March, they meet monthly, along with me, to talk about Science WG activities, recruiting, events, marketing, and any related matters of business for the group. We'll catch up on the minutes so you can follow along. In general, we hope that discussion topics appropriate for the public stay to this list so everyone can participate. If something is a bit sensitive, or perhaps tentative, please do reach out to the SC & myself. We're here to help. Also, the Foundation has a good sized team you'll work with from time to time. You should still start with me in all things Science WG related. I will often help directly, and/or pull in my colleagues as appropriate. Kind regards, Andrew |
