Hi Jay,

do you know Wim Jongman already?
He's the project lead of Eclipse Nebula. Feel free to contact him if
you have questions about how to contribute to Nebula.

    Cheers,
    Philip

I hit send to soon! (It is 6:23 and I am still in
        bed!  ;) )
The second technology that we use is VisIt (www.llnl.gov/visit),
for the static 3d images. We are in the process of developing a
prototype in collaboration with the VisIt team that enables full
interactivity in 3d for VisIt plus. It is working well enough so
far and hopefully it will be done in a few months. We are
building new SWT widgets and we plan to contribute them to
Nebula or some other project so that everyone else can use them
        too.

          Matt,
We have two different types of 3d technology in
            NiCE.
We use JME3 for creating 3d geometries (see one
            of our older YouTube videos).

                  Hi
                      Jay,

                  Enjoyed
watching this and other of your videos, thanks for
sending them. One of the videos for the battery
model, visualized a 3D model using static images –
do you have also 3D capability inside eclipse and
if so which technology are you using? You are
using XYGraph I think (from CSS) like several
other members of the group – have you migrated to
the nebula version of XYGraph yet?

                  Thanks,

I wanted to share a link to our latest
YouTube video showing some support we have
added for simulations of Sodium-Cooled Fast

happy to be showing off the hexagonal and
circular grids that we created using GEF in
this video. We're going to be speaking about
that at EclipseCon in a few weeks.

                      I
also wanted to let you know that ORNL just
joined the Eclipse Foundation! We are very
thrilled to be in the Foundation and we are
looking forward to submitting our first Eclipse
project proposal soon (related to the project in
                        the video, NiCE, of course).
