I’ve just found the link http://download.eclipse.org/eclipsescada/downloads/org.eclipse.scada/drops/0.3.0/R201604140500/p2/

is available for install, maybe this is the 0.3.0 version?

it seems it’s P2 repository, so maybe I can set it up on Eclipse Neon?

About how to setup development environment, I followed this link https://wiki.eclipse.org/EclipseSCADA/GettingStarted/SettingUpAScadaProject, to install Eclipse SCADA IDE Tooling, the URL is http://download.eclipse.org/eclipsescada/updates/milestone/0.1.0/, so I have questions below:

1. Isn’t 0.3.0 the most recent version? 
2. Instead of Eclipse Kepler, can I set it up on Eclipse Neon (most recent Eclipse version) ?
