Hi Scott,

we have that kind of example already. Its in the project  
org.eclipse.riena.communication.sample.pingpong.*. The project  
*.server contains he server part (as the name suggests), *.client is  
the client (creating a proxy and registering it) and *.common contains  
the Interface of the service that is shared by both environments  
(client and server).

The respective Activators contain the code snippets you are looking  
for....
