[polarsys-pmc] Committer Election for Zaël GRAIGNIC on Eclipse Kitalpha has started 
A Committer election for Zaël GRAIGNIC on project Eclipse Kitalpha
(polarsys.kitalpha) was started by Philippe Dul with this criteria:

Likewise, I would like to nominate Zael as committer on Eclipse Kitalpha.

He will help us to work on Capella ecosystem and has already started helping
us on code reviews.
