3.1.2 Test Pass

Tomorrow is the 3.1.2 test pass.  This should be a full day of testing against 
3.1.2 RC1.  If you would like items added to the test plan, please let me 
know by end of day today.


3.1.2 RC2

There will be a maintenance build on Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. (EST).  
Please have all fixes destined for 3.1.2 in the R3_1_maintenance branch by 
around 4 p.m. (EST) tomorrow.
