[platform-ui-dev] R2.1 Look (April 28)

Here is a quick update on where things
are with the R2.1 presentation.

What has happened:
- cleaned up names and put the plugin
into cvs
- easier to install and run the R2.1
presentation plugin (see 58975 to see what problems were encountered)
- 3.0 style drag and drop works
- 2.1 style tab folders implemented,
more work still (see below)
