AW: [platform-ui-dev] Bug 21759

I attached to patches to this bug.

One only changes the JavaDoc of IPropertySource. The other patch also adds
an additional interface (IPropertySourceExtension) with new API to check
whether a property is really resettable (that is, has a default value).

Is it possible to get this bug onto the list for 3.0? If
yes, I'm willing to submit a patch if we find a solution.

The easiest solution is to correct the JavaDoc and
document that properties that don't have default values must return TRUE
instead of FALSE because FALSE already means that a property HAS a default
value set.

The only clients of this method I found are in GEF and in
PropertySheetEntry. IMHO this bug is also important when a common command
infrastructure is introduced for 3.0 (planned item).
