Hi Lakshmi,

Thanks for the link. In the past I somehow managed to navigate from the 
normal downloads page to the

https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/index.html

page, but it looks like the way from eclipse.org to this page 
intentionally was made harder to find.
