Re: [platform-dev] making identical changes to multiple platforms for SWT

Hi Jonah,

Please update Javadoc for windows flavour. That will be copied to other flavours during Javadoc bash stage. We do run this tool on SWT source during RC2 timeframe for each release

Thanks

Sravan

The SWT team runs it once before each milestone. Nothing you have to worry about :-)

Cool, can you help me find the bash tool? I couldn't find it in the repo/wiki, but I am not sure what to look for.

Thanks,
Jonah

For Javadoc we have Javadoc bash tool which synchronizes java doc. Unfortunately for code we need to apply changes manually

Hello SWT devs,

I am working on Bug 563018 (Make SWT Colors no longer require disposal) and as part of that I need to make the same change to all three os platforms' version of Color (and others). Are there tools/scripts/etc that synchronize such changes between platforms, or do I need to manually apply the same change to each platform?

Thanks,
Jonah
