I agree on the modernization of help. In the short term we could use increase of initial size and resizing of images using css. As resizing causes images to lose information while downsizing. These images would appear quite bad on the first look. I will do some experiments on how to include a magnifier. Screenshots should scale to fit if the window is too small (ideally with a "magnifier" tool to show them full size, if required). The help system UI (and likely the backend too) really desperately needs to be modernized. Responsive UIs are table stakes now. McQ.
