No, I can't do a +2. I am familiar with how this ought to look
from using Gerrit to review contributions to Oomph and EMF...
In any case, adding the webmaster to CC didn't solve the problem
either (he probably gets too much email) so I opened this
Bugzilla:

Unfortunately I'm currently blocked and likely will be for most
of today, unless someone in Europe can help...

Is there something the PMC needs to do? Or something the
foundation
needs to do? Or am I misunderstanding some part of the
process that
I
didn't follow that prevents me from merging my changes?
