[platform-debug-dev] RC1 Test Pass: Debug & Ant

The RC1 test pass is a 2-day effort focused on testing all of the function 
in our components (Tuesday & Wednesday).Each team member is responsible 
for testing function in both Ant and Debug on the following platforms/VMs

        Kevin Barnes - Mac/JDK1.4.2
        Luc Bourlier - Linux/IBM1.4.2
        Jared Burns - Linux/JDK1.4.2
        Darin Swanson - XP/JDK1.4.2
        Darin Wright - XP/IBM1.4.2

Focus on finding, rather than fixing bugs. Once the test pass is complete, 
we will prioritize fixing based on what we find. All fixing in RC2 must be 
approved by the component lead and be accompanied by a bug report.
