Which version of what?  The Intel Fortran compiler?  Photran works
with many Fortran compilers.  The Intel compiler is just one of them.

Photran is Intel's designated Fortran IDE on Unix, so Intel developers
have made sure the toolchain works correctly on Unix, but Intel
considers Visual Studio the IDE for Windows, so the Intel developers
have not tested Photran as part of the toolchain.  However, people
have told me that with a little messing around, you can get Photran to
work with the Intel compiler under Windows, too.
