[photran] Problems opening perspective 'org.eclipse.photran.ui.FortranPerspective'

I get the following message in a dlg box when attempting to switch tothe photran perspecive:

Problems opening perspective 'org.eclipse.photran.ui.FortranPerspective'

I installed Photran Feature 3.1 Beta 1

I had installed it as root, so I changed permissions/owners on thosefiles in case this was the problem.


Using eclipse Version: 3.2.0 with CDT 3.1
Build id: M20060629-1905

What do I need to do?
