[photran] Installation Problems

Hi there,
I am using the current Feature 3.1 Beta version of Photran together with the CDT 3.1.1 and Eclipse 3.2.1 for Windows. Everything
works fine including building except when I try to run a Fortran Project I cannot choose the appropriate run type (Fortran Local
App.) b/c its simpliy not there.
I installed Photran by simplify unpacking it to the Eclipse directory. Is that right? When I try to properly install it from the
Help/Install/new Archived Site I get the error
Network connection problems encountered during search.
