[pdt-dev] Commit rights for Robert Goodman have been expired

tools.pdt Committers,
Assaf Almaz has requested that commit rights for Robert Goodman (rgoodman)
be expired.  The reason for this change is:

Bob is no longer contributing code to the PDT project.
In the past 18 months Bob is working on another project - he is the project
leader of ATF (a subproject of WTP)
