[pdt-dev] Committer vote for Dave Kelsey has been approved by the PMC

tools.pdt Committers,
The PMC has approved the vote for Dave Kelsey's full Committer status on
the tools.pdt project. The next step is for the project lead to return to
the portal and fill in the CVS package and employer information for Dave
Kelsey.
