Without knowing exactly what you’ve done, it’s hard to guess what little mistake or oversight might cause the problem.

Neither Eclipse nor Tycho can see my first plugin from my first feature.

When I go into the feature editor in Eclipse, my plugin isn't listed.  If I manually add to the feature source, Tycho build fails.

I have tried Googling, but that brings up a bunch of discussions of third party bundles not being available, and managing the target correctly.  That's not the issue I'm having.
