I have triaged that to 4.8M3 milestone - that means it will have more attention

than other bugs.

I opened an Eclipse Bug (522662) involving a 230-second start time when I open up the workbench using an p2-update site based target platform with Neon 3.  I just want to make sure that it's noted here.
