[paho-dev] max_outbound_messages

Dear paho-dev team,

as you can read in the forum
(https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1106961/) I would like to
ask if there is a possibility limiting publishes to the broker.

For those being in a hurry, not able to read the forum post: my broker
limits the incoming publishes, hence I run into a problem if devices
publishing every second queue up messages due to connection outages.

Thanks a lot upfront and if this is the wrong place to post: please move
it to the right section or please guide me into the right direction.
