[paho-dev] Imminent Paho C++ release

Hello All,

I'm doing some final tests in preparation for a new release of the Paho 
C++ library to add support for MQTT v5, server responses, and better 
error messages. If all goes well, it should ship over the weekend.

Any final comments on the new v5 API or help testing would be appreciated.
