Dear Paho members,

Following our previous conversations, I've spent the last couple of
weeks making mqtt-spy ready to be contributed to Paho.

It now comes in two flavours: a JavaFX-based GUI and a console-based utility.

The code is available in a git repository at
https://code.google.com/p/mqtt-spy/.

If you are still happy to accept the project as a contribution to
Paho, please advise me on next steps.
