Hello all,

it seems the spam filter won't allow me to send emails with the subject as "out of office"!  I wanted to explain my slow responses in the last couple of weeks, and why there might be more delays coming up.

Hello all,

I've been out of the office for the last couple of days.  I'll get to 
answering your questions as soon as I can.

Also a heads up that I will be on vacation from the 19th November to 
18th Decemnber, visiting family in New Zealand.  I will have access to 
email, etc while I'm there, but responses will be slower and while I am 
travelling to and from my destination, non-existent.
