Re: [paho-dev] Team call 16/04

OK that's the 10 minute rule - I am sorry everyone - I will try to schedule an alternative time this week once we get the SIP number from Eclipse.
I did not realise Scott was not able to join and I don't know exactly where he sits in the project now.

I'd like to avoid clashing with the M2M IWG call as that is a lot to deal with at one shot, I think the new "every other week" for both sets of calls could work well!

Everyone please comment on the agenda on the wiki and the proposed plan linked from there. I am migrating elements from the old-style XML plan that was never maintained.

Also please take a look at the current issues in Bugzilla. Reply to those where the comments refer to you, and help out where you can. We've got a good opportunity to make a lot of progress this week.

Looks like several of us are trying to get into the call but we don't have the moderator PIN. Unfortunately I only opened the ticket to get a dedicated Eclipse SIP for the project yesterday.

It will be a shame to have to miss this week as next week is the bi-weekly M2M IWG call!

I've put the agenda (with links to an early release plan, current bugs etc) on the Wiki

We'll try to use the existing dial-in today, until our Asterisk dial-in is created.

just back from hols. Given short notice re making the call longer how about keeping to 30 mins today and setting up a follow on call for next Tue?

All the best

I think it probably needs to be as well, but I think we are still using Scott's dialin? So I am not certain if we can have it that long. I know the M2M IWG uses the Eclipse SIP but not sure about Paho.

Thanks Andy!
I think the call should be one-hour long this time, no?

[paho-dev] Team call 16/04

Topics for tomorrow's call - a busy one since we've not spoken for a few weeks.

- update on OASIS process
- release plan and milestones per Ian's recent email. Specific inclusion/exclusion decisions.
- bugzilla triage
- Maven status
- status of CQs for Python and Objective-C contributions
- next steps for additional client contributions
- additional protocols discussion post EclipseCon F2F meetup, CoAP etc
- tutorial and development documentation materials (on boarding new devs)

Will transfer this to the wiki later...
