Re: [paho-dev] New Paho website preview

The rationale for having them open new tabs is that they all link
'off-site' - ie to pages outside of http://eclipse.org/paho - for
which there is no obvious link back to the paho site without using the
browser's back button.

When we do eventually have documentation/downloads etc sub-pages,
these will open in the same tab as you'd expect.
