Two people have made Wireshark decoders:

* http://false.ekta.is/2011/06/mqtt-dissector-decoder-for-wireshark/
* https://github.com/menudoproblema/Wireshark-MQTT

They're both incomplete to some degree but are good for most cases. I
like the output that Wireshark-MQTT produces.
