[p2-dev] p2 CUDF in standalone repo

I'm happy to announce that the p2 CUDF git repository has finally been filled with its due content, the CUDF resolver. Up to this point, this dependency resolver has mostly been used in the context of the MISC competition but Zenika has plans to use it in a research project and a product which is why we decided to move this code to this new location.
