[p2-dev] transport ssl bug fix and 3.6 sr1

 This bug has been fixed in ECF HEAD and Release_3_3 streams, and so a 
new build (from Release_3_3 stream) should probably be in p2 for SR1:

To include this fix in SR1, though, I need someone from the platform 
releng team to indicate how to include this new build in the SR1 build 
process.  Please someone contact me directly about doing 
this...otherwise this fix can't/won't make it into SR1.

Also...since the ssl code was written by IBM committers, I think it 
would be a very good idea for the fix to be verified by one of the 
authors of this code (especially since it appears to be JRE-version 
sensitive).
