Well, yours probably is not (yet) but will be after the nightly build by default.
We've made changes in the workflow so that you aren't blocked waiting for all the sites to load.

The idea is to better support the disconnected user and allow work to continue when some sites are slow/blocked.
There is still some additional work to do to fully support this mode, but I'm trying to get the workflow changes in incrementally in this week's nightly builds for those who would like to try it out and give feedback... See the bug for details
