[p2-dev] Changes to Installation Details/how to find the Installed Software page

There is no longer a Help>Installation Information menu item. This was a temporary menu item contributed by p2 until its install pages could be integrated with the platform install pages. That work is now done.

As of today's nightly build, Installation information can now be accessed using Help>About and pressing the "Installation Details..." button.
This button will launch a dialog that contains the p2 pages and pages containing the old "Feature Details," "Plug-in Details," and "Configuration Details" dialogs.
