Hi all,

as a result of:

https://www.eclipse.org/lists/eclipse.org-committers/msg01496.html

I created issue:

https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/6038

to restore the OSGi-Technology JIPP instance. Currently only the 
Jakarta-REST-ful webservice whiteboard implementtion is affected.
