Here are the meeting minutes from today’s specification call

Discussion:
Updated build structure Stefan shows the new multi-repo layout
Discussion of core and how it would be aggregated - we can create a repository used to build a single specification book/site if needed
HTML specs are now possible - we will need to update the hosting
Repositories are becoming available over the next couple of weeks after reviews
Typed Event and Feature Launcher will be high priority candidates for release candidates (separate review email to follow)
We need something like the proposed hook, but it should be designed on its own merits not purely for this one use case
How should we handle dynamics? Do we make a wire?
We will make a wire - this shows up in the wiring (a good thing) and forces a refresh if the provider is uninstalled. No different from a dynamic import so easy for the framework.
