I have released the RC1 API jars for the new and changed APIs in Compendium R8.1

 

Jakarta RS 2.0.0-RC1 https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/osgi/org.osgi.service.jakartars/2.0.0-RC1/

JDBC 1.1.0-RC1 https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/osgi/org.osgi.service.jdbc/1.1.0-RC1/

Servlet 2.0.0-RC1 https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/osgi/org.osgi.service.servlet/2.0.0-RC1/

Promise 1.3.0-RC1 https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/osgi/org.osgi.util.promise/1.3.0-RC1/

Push Stream 1.1.0-RC1 https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/osgi/org.osgi.util.pushstream/1.1.0-RC1/

 

So, the compatible implementations for Jakarta RS and Servlet can update to use the released RC1 API jars.
