Dear AI policy and compliance SIG members,
As discussed during our last
meeting on October 19th, we will start a deliverable planning exercise that will hopefully result into a first iteration of our AI policy and compliance SIG deliverable roadmap.
As you can see, a
draft deliverable plan has been initiated, with the inclusion of our first deliverable that has just been approved by the ORC Steering Committee, which is the feedback provided for the ENISA consultation o secure-by-design AI-assisted software development.
The process we will initiate now involves the agreement of a set of deliverables to be included in our roadmap that have the sufficient support from the SIG members to start being drafted. The process would be as follows, based on the
ORC working mode rules.
- The SIG will agree on a set of deliverables to be included in the roadmap, defining their scope, editors, deadlines and involved contributors.
- Once agreed, we will ask for approval to the ORC Steering Committee.
- If approved, we will include them in the SIG deliverable roadmap and proceed with their drafting process.
- We can initiate this process asynchronously whenever a new deliverable should be proposed.
Therefore, please find in the following GitHub issues the first proposal to start the following set of deliverables:
Please use the GitHub issues to provide your feedback. Feel free to propose also additional delivareblas if needed, opening new Github issues.
We will review this feedback during our AI policy and compliance SIG meetings.
Thank you very much in advance and best regards,
Javier Valiño
