[orc-ai-sig] AI policy and compliance Scope document

Dear ORC AI policy and compliance SIG community,

I am sending this email to stress one important piece of information that has been communicated in previous emails but I think it deserves its own communication to foster appropriate collaboration.

One of the most important tasks in a SIG creation is to build its scope and mission. This exercise will help in the future development of activities, including deliverables.

For this, an online document has been started, where we hope to collect and refine all your inputs.

The initial goal was set for this document to be ready by September 21st. If we want to meet this deadline, we need your input. Therefore, I kindly ask all members to have a look at the current version and start providing input, to be discussed and refined in our next AI policy and compliance meeting.
