[orb-dev] 4.2.5 ORB Release

Hello ORB Team

I'd like to release ORB in version 4.2.5
(https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ee4j.orb/releases/4.2.5-orb)
soon (from the current master).
At this moment we have 4.2.5-M2 staged.
I believe issues/prs are linked to GH milestone
https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/orb/milestone/4. But some may be
missing, so please let me know in such cases.

There is one PR still open, https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/orb/pull/153.
I've not checked it yet.
If you'd like it to be included in upcoming 4.2.5 please review it.
Otherwise it will need to wait for 4.2.6 I think.

If no objections are raised - I can build the final 4.2.5 around
Sunday to have a week before releasing to the public on a planned date
(September 30, 2023).
